I grew up in Southern California, and live with my husband and three kids in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles. I created The Lovely Mother to support women through their pregnancy and postpartum experience, with a mission to help fill the gaps left by our healthcare system. I believe in a holistic approach, assessing a woman’s individual needs to best support her.
I am here to champion and support you as you transition into this new chapter of and motherhood.

In a perfect world, we would each have a literal village around us to support the physical, emotional, and mental load of the perinatal experience. Historically, women had generations of maternal figures by their side for guidance through every step. In our modern western world, that multi-generational guidance is growing more seldom, and women are feeling less supported than ever.
Studies repeatedly show that perinatal women are under-served and under-cared for.
That’s where a doula comes in.
You deserve personalized, thoughtful care. You are worthy of compassionate and non-judgmental support through these experiences. Doulas bring educational guidance, emotional support, physical comfort, empowerment and advocacy, nurturing energy, and help you feel confident going forward in this new season of your life.
