K, What’s a doula tho?
Fair question!
It may seem obvious, but there are still so many questions surrounding Doula support. What do we actually do? What are our qualifications? What are our limitations?
The short answer is: It depends on the Doula.
However there are many universal truths, one of the most important being that we are there to provide support, but not medical advice.
