+Two to three visits pre-birth (depending on how much time before birth), to meet, discuss a birth plan, a plan for postpartum visitation, and go over any and all questions

+Availability to call/text during pregnancy with questions

+On-call availability two weeks before and after due date for birth doula services

+Availability to talk/text throughout early stages of labor for comfort and guidance

+ In-person assistance for the duration of labor at your birthing location

+A scheduled set of postpartum visits catered to your schedule and needs. The visits start at 2 hours/visit

+Nutritional guidance

+Breastfeeding assistance

+Birth processing and non-clinical assessment of mental health

+Community resources to help you cope and thrive in new motherhood

+Additional services depending on your needs may include tidying up, guided meditation, journaling exercises, and more. These services will be at the discretion of the doula and discussed beforehand
